Welcome to Love & Light Healing; a privately owned, spiritually-based holistic practice, focusing on the overall health & well-being of our soul. At Love & Light healing, many different services are offered that can be custom-designed for each individual client for the best overall experience.
The services provided are Reflexology healing, Reiki healing infused with crystal energy, integrated energy healing, instrumental sound meditation, and intuitive messaging. These services all help to bring balance and align your internal energy chakra system. Choose just one therapeutic service or choose them all!
I also offer Spiritually-Based Life Coaching to clients who may need additional guidance in uncovering obstacles and blockages they may be encountering. Together, we discover new approaches toward desired solutions in health, love & relationships, self-empowerment, healing of past & present trauma & grief.
As humans, we get caught up in our daily lives and forget to nourish and pamper our souls and sometimes forget to reflect on the bigger reason of our existence, our true calling. We lead our lives with blockages, fears & grief, struggles of loss & pain, and forget to embrace love & light in what brings us joy, peace, abundance & miracles.
My clients are adults who are seeking an overall experience of rest and rejuvenation. I also work with teens ages 12 and above who are needing guidance in stepping into greater self-awareness. Any teens who feel like they don't fit into the "norm" can benefit greatly from these unique services.
My goal is to help you discover the healing of foundational roots with a spiritually-based approach.
